We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by the customer after delivery

Returns related to quality issues are also accepted. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us before sending it back so we can guide you through the correct process.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@sayweeelife.my with your order number.
  2. Briefly describe the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, because unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days if the return meets the conditions above.

The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit to your account. PayPal refunds may appear faster, but PayPal’s own processing time still applies.

Non-returnable situations

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing components. If a return does not meet our conditions, we will contact you and may return the item to you or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
