Sayweeelife accepts the following payment methods for orders shipped within the United States:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- PayPal
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply its own conversion rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by Sayweeelife.
How payment is handled
When you check out, your payment details are transmitted directly to our payment processor using SSL encryption. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. For card payments, the amount is authorised at checkout and captured when the order is confirmed for shipment. For PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment, and the transaction is governed by PayPal’s user agreement in addition to our terms.
No surcharges
We do not add a surcharge for using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the product and shipping. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may retry with a different method or contact us at info@sayweeelife.my for assistance. If an authorised payment cannot be captured because an item is unavailable, we will release the authorisation or refund any captured amount.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For card payments, the refund is submitted by us within 1–2 business days of return approval, but your bank may take 7–10 business days to post the credit. PayPal refunds are submitted in the same timeframe and are subject to PayPal’s own processing schedule.
Currency and taxes
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and is included in the final total before you confirm the order.
