Where we ship
Sayweeelife ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email before cancelling or splitting the order.
Delivery time
After an order leaves our facility, delivery within the contiguous United States normally takes 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier volume, and address issues can add time.
Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days after the order is placed, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, or minimum order requirements.
Carriers
We use established U.S. shipping carriers. The specific carrier is assigned at the time of shipment based on the destination, package size, weight, and available service. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Missing or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than five business days, contact us at info@sayweeelife.my with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
